Mónica Fdez Barciela, a member of the High Frequency Device Group (gDAF) of the atlanTTic Research Center, has been invited to give a lecutre at the 18th IEEE Wireless and Microwave Technology Conference (WAMICON), held in Cocoa Beach, Florida, On April 24-25, 2017. In the framework of the session “Passive Devices” presented his lecture titled “Exploiting behavioral modeling for nonlinear analytical circuit design and improved frequency scalability”, in which he described methods to improve prediction in Frequency of behavior models of transistors, as well as to obtain analytical expressions useful in circuit design from this type of models. These techniques are being applied in the design of nonlinear microwave circuits, and in particular in the design of power amplifiers for communications with UAVs; In the framework of the project “Directional and double band RF front-end for light multicast UAVs“, financed with ERDF funds.
