Breve CV

José Luis Rodríguez obtivo o título de Enxeñeiro de Telecomunicación e Doutor da Universidade de Vigo en 1992 e 1997, respectivamente. En 1993 realizou unha estadía de investigación no ElectroScience Laboratory, en The Ohio State University. En 1994 comezou a súa carreira docente na Escola de Telecomunicación da Universidade de Vigo, sendo actualmente Catedrático da universidade. Traballa tamén como asesor para a Armada en medidas de superficie equivalente radar e compatibilidade electromagnética, sendo o representante nacional nos grupos OTAN correspondentes.
