The objective of this project is to strengthen and further develop European gallium nitride (GaN) technology for its integration into radar and electronic warfare, thereby increasing the capability and robustness of multifunctional electronic systems for future electronic defense systems. The project covers critical areas of the entire supply chain, from epitaxy to packaging of components and advanced GaN microwave integration. The final GaN components and devices will demonstrate improved performance and device protection in hostile environments.
