This project aims to bridge the gap between engineering higher education and industry by equipping students with emerging lean and agile practices that are widely used in modern industrial contexts.
Key activities include the creation of serious-games for engineering students, allowing them to experience industry-style scenarios where they design resource-efficient solutions, reduce waste, and adapt processes to user demands.
Furthermore, the project produced digital teaching-and-learning resources and instructor support materials, aiming to embed these innovative methodologies into engineering curricula.
Validation sites across Europe (Greece, Portugal, Spain, Estonia, UK) supported the implementation and testing of these methods.
