Contract duration: 22 months 23 days
Work to be performed:
Characterization, behavioral modelling, and design of microwave nonlinear devices in gallium nitride technology
Functions to be performed:
- Gallium nitride based microwave nonlinear devices and circuits characterization using nonlinear vector network analyzers and vector signal analyzers.
- Behavioural nonlinear model development, extraction and validation of gallium nitride transistors.
- Design and hybrid assembly of microwave oscillators and frequency multipliers based on gallium nitride technology.
Required qualifications: Bachelor´s degree in Telecommunication Technologies Engineering and Master´s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, official university degrees. Enrolment in a PhD Programme at the Universidade de Vigo (full-time for the formalisation of the contract)
Gross monthly salary: 1.750,00 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
