Work to be performed
Experimental research in quantum communication technologies.
Functions to be performed
Specific responsibilities and tasks will include, among others:
- Development and testing of a discrete variable quantum key distribution systems.
- Integration of quantum cryptographic systems in fiber links.
- Author scientific publications that report own research.
- Supervision of Master students.
Required qualifications: University Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Science or Engineering, like Physics, Mathematics, or Telecommunication Engineering.
Gross monthly salary: 2.250,00 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Worday: 37.5 hours per week
