Duration of the contract: 1 month and a half
Work to be performed:
Researcher assistant in experimental security analysis of quantum key distribution.
Functions to be performed:
- Read scientific literature in the area of quantum communications and quantum key distribution systems.
- Analyze the security of the detector unit in these systems and develop methodology for its certification against imperfections.
- Build and program an automated test bench for testing the detector unit in these systems against security vulnerabilities.
- Author scientific publications that report own research.
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in physics or engineering
Gross monthly salary: 1.960,00 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: 37.5 hours per week
