Fixed-term contract: 6 months
Work to be performed:
Pilot 5G/6G + quantum security.
Functions to be performed:
The selected person will work within the Information & Computing Lab (I&CLab) research group on the design and implementation of solutions to secure 5G/&G infrastructure with quantum communication & information technologies. Specifically, their activity will be developed in the following fields:
- Integration of QKD protocols in networks of complex topologies.
- Design and development of software for the jointly operation of the nodes in the QKD network.
- Integration and testing of teh software in a pilot for quantum security and 5G/6G.
- Collaboration in the dissemination of the results obtained in prestigious international forums.
Required qualifications: Bachelor degree, preferably in Physics or related degrees.
Gross monthly salary: 2.000,00 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: 37.5 hours per week
