Fixed-term contract: 3 months
Work to be performed:
Researcher in experimental security analysis of quantum key distribution.
Functions to be performed:
Specific responsibilities and tasks will include, among others:
– Development and testing of a discrete variable quantum key distribution systems.
– Integration of quantum cryptographic systems in fiber links.
– Author scientific publications that report own research.
– Stock and outfit an experimental laboratory in quantum key distribution.
– Maintain the lab equipment in working order.
– Monitoring a tutoring of PhD and Master students.
Required qualifications: PhD degree (or equivalent) with a profile in physics, quantum communication, or optics.
Gross monthly salary: 4.083,33 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: 37.5 hours per week
