Work to be performed:
The selected person will work within the Information & Computing Lab (I&CLab) research group in the design and implementation of optimized algorithmic solutions to efficiently deploy in fluid computing systems.
Functions to be performed:
- Design and implementation of decentralized learning algorithms that reduces complexity in computation and communications, using a fluid computing approach (Cloud-2-Edge).
- Design and implementation of efficient algorithm to preserve privacy and security in the above scenario.
- Implementation and demonstration of the algorithms in a testbed.
- Collaboration in the dissemination of the results in international forums.
Required qualifications: Master or equivalent
Gross monthly salary: 2.000,00 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: 37.5 hours per week
