The project aims to enhance the capacities of higher education institutions in Morocco by developing a shared online platform of courses (MOOC and SPOC).
Key actions include supporting a hybrid learning approach (blending in-person and digital teaching), assisting Moroccan public and private universities in designing rich and innovative teaching materials in six priority academic fields (business administration, law, life & physical sciences, engineering, agriculture & fisheries, health), and deploying the MarMOOC platform to enable broad access and sharing of these courses.
The project was funded under the EU’s Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education programme (Project No. 573583-EPP-1-2016-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP).
