I am a telecommunications engineer since 2001 from the University of Vigo and a Ph.D. from the Department of Telematics since 2008. I have been working as a professor under various roles since 2003 until the present day, where I hold the position of Associate Professor. My main research area focuses on so-called Web technologies, particularly Semantic Web. All of this is applied to areas of eTechnology, primarily in eGovernment, eHealth, and eCommerce. This research activity is part of various national and international research projects. As a result of this work, a large number of scientific publications have been generated. These have been published in journals indexed by reputable sources and in internationally recognized conferences (CORE index).
