Raul Rodriguez Rubio obtained his Ph.D. in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Vigo in 2000. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the Department of Telematics Engineering at the University of Vigo, and a member of the Networking Laboratory group. His main area of research revolves around performance evaluation of communication protocols in data networks.
