Work to be performed
Postdoctoral researcher in electronic and photonic components on III-V materials.
Functions to be performed
Design, testing and characterization of devices and wafers in III-V materials.
Co-supervision of doctoral and master’s students.
Participation in the training activities of the NEXTCHIP Chair.
Preparation of technical reports and scientific communications.
Attendance at online and face-to-face meetings, including travel.
Participation in specific training courses (photonic integration) and transversal (business, entrepreneurship)
Required qualifications: PhD in Telecommunication Engineering, Physics or similar degree
Gross monthly salary: 2.812,50 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Worday: 37.5 hours per week
