Work to be performed
Design, simulation, modelling and characterization of microwave integrate components.
Functions to be performed
Modeling, design and characterization of discrete and distributed microwave components in III-V semiconductor technology. Circuit and electromagnetic simulation of the components. Use of vector network analyzers for RF characterization of integrated passive and active components.
Required qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Technologies Engineering. University Master Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
Gross monthly salary: 934,00 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: 20 hours per week
