Work to be performed
Predoctoral researcher in electronic and photonic components on III-V materials.
Functions to be performed
- Design and characterization of III-V integrated devices.
- Support in the R&D work of the NEXTCHIP Chair.
- Participation in the training activities of the NEXTCHIP Chair.
- Preparation of technical documentation.
Required qualifications: Master Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Physics or similar degree
Gross monthly salary: 1812.50 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: 37.5 hours per week
