Contract duration: 6 months and a half.
Work to be performed:
Pilot 5G/6G + quantum security.
Functions to be performed:
The selected person will work within the Information & Computing Lab (I&CLab) research group on the design and implementation of solutions to secure 5G/6G infrastructure with quantum communication & information technologies. Specifically, their activity will be developed in the following fields:
- Hybridisation of QKD y PQC for OpenRAN scenarios
- Design and implementation of communication software and APIs following ETSI standards for QKD
- Integration and testing of a pilot for quantum security and 5G/6G
- Collaboration in the dissemination of the results obtained in prestigious international forums
Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical & electronic engineering, communications engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, industrial engineering or similar degrees
Gross monthly salary: 2.000,00 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: 37.5 hours per week
