Duration of the contract: 12 months
Work to be performed:
Research in electronic and photonic components based on III-V materials
Functions to be performed:
- Design and characterization of III-V integrated devices.
- Support in the R&D activities of the NEXTCHIP Chair.
- Participation in the training activities of the NEXTCHIP Chair. Preparation of technical documentation.
Required qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or similar degree
Gross monthly salary: 2.333,33€ (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: 37,5 hours per week
