Duration of the contract: 10 months.
Work to be performed:
Postdoctoral researcher in electronic and photonic components on III-V materials.
Functions to be performed:
- Design, testing and characterization of devices and wafers in III-V materials.
- Co-supervision of doctoral and master’s students.
- Preparation of technical reports and scientific communications.
- Attendance at online and face-to-face meetings, including travel.
- Participation in specific training courses (photonic integration) and transversal
- (business, entrepreneurship).
Required qualifications: PhD in Telecommunication Engineering, Physics or similar degree
Gross monthly salary: 3.083,33 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)
Workday: 37,5 hours per week
