Full Professor in the Department of Signal Theory and Communications at the University of Vigo. Principal Investigator of the research group “Radio Systems” and director of the testing laboratory “Antelia.” Research lines: Measurement and characterization of the radio channel in different frequency bands for various applications: from UHF to THz, from terrestrial broadcasting to satellite communications, radar, etc. The results of this research effort include more than 100 publications in international journals and over 100 presentations at international scientific conferences, as well as the supervision of several doctoral theses.
