Pablo received the title of Telecommunications Engineer in 2016 from the University of Vigo (Spain), receiving an award for the best academic record from the University of Vigo, the Xunta de Galicia and the Ministry of Education. In 2018 he received a Master’s Degree in Telecommunication Engineer from the same university, receiving the award for best academic career from the Spanish Institute of Telecommunication Engineers. In 2022, he received a doctorate in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Vigo, financed by a fund from the “la Caixa” Foundation. In 2016, it received a grant from the Spanish Ministry of Education for research on SDN and energy efficiency in communication networks. From May 2021 to August 2021, he entered the Instituto de Telecomunicaçoes de Aveiro, Portugal, to carry out a research stay under the supervision of Professor Jonathan Rodríguez, financed by a grant from the University of Vigo. Since 2017 he is a postdoctoral researcher at atlanTTic. His research interests include communication networks, mobile networks and software-defined networks. On these topics, he published 8 articles in high-impact magazines (JCR Q1 and Q2) and 4 communications at international conferences. He has participated in 10 competitive research projects (5 community, 4 Spanish and 1 Galician) and 15 R&D projects with companies. He was a member of the organizing committee of the Workshop on Cooperative Wireless Networks (CWN) in 2019, 2020 and 2021, co-located with the international WiMob conference. He was a member of the technical program committee (TPC) of the international conference Conference on broadband communications, networks and systems (BROADNETS) in 2018, 2020 and 2021.
