The project primarily aims to improve internal audit and control systems in Moroccan universities. Through collaboration between five European universities and six Moroccan institutions, the goal is to create an efficient auditing model tailored to the specific needs of higher education institutions in Morocco. This joint effort focuses on training university staff in advanced auditing and control practices to ensure more transparent and efficient management of academic resources. Moreover, the project encourages the implementation of new technological tools to optimize internal control processes, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of university management quality.
