This project focuses on contributing to Tunisia’s commitment to opening up public data as part of the government’s efforts to promote transparency, citizen participation, and innovation in public services.
The lines of work include: the proactive publication of information on government activities; the creation of a virtual library with accessible administrative documentation; the development of a national open data portal that brings together reusable datasets; and the promotion of online dialogue mechanisms to engage citizens and businesses in the design of new solutions.
It is noteworthy that the aim is not only to improve the quality of public services and reduce administrative costs, but also to stimulate the development of companies and startups that reuse open data to create added value.
